Current GIVEAWAY RULES

GIVEAWAY DATES

The Current Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST") on May 25, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on June 14, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state/province of residence. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Project Torque are ineligible to participate.

TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to receive entries into this Sweepstakes:

  1. Online Purchases:
    • Visit either of our e-commerce platforms: www.primozcuztomz.com
    • Purchase any eligible merchandise (T-shirts, Hoodies, Decals, Accessories, and other Project Torque merchandise) from the "MERCH" category to receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent.

 

  1. In-Store Purchase:
    • Purchase eligible merchandise at our physical location: 209 Main Street Brownwood, Tx 76801
    • Entrants are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided, and the amount provided are accurate for in-store purchases.
    • It is not Primo’z Cuztomz responsibility to ensure that the customer writes their name down on the list. We will process and confirm purchase amounts at the end of the giveaway to place them in the final entrant list.
    • Entries are calculated based on the subtotal of eligible items, excluding discount codes, shipping, and state tax.
  2. Event Purchase:
    • Purchase eligible merchandise at any shows where Primo’z Cuztomz is present and merchandise was purchased from their booth.
    • Entrants are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided, and the amount provided are accurate for event purchases.
    • It is not Primo’z Cuztomz responsibility to ensure that the customer writes their name down on the list. We will process and confirm purchase amounts at the end of the giveaway to place them in the final entrant list.
    • Entries are calculated based on the subtotal of eligible items, excluding discount codes, shipping, and state tax.

By participating in any of the above methods, your entries are automatically collected and entered into the final entrant list.
There is no further action needed from the participant to confirm their entry.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Promotional items may be released. These limited items may grant additional entries based on their subtotal.

MULTIPLIERS

  • "$1 = 2X Entries" for all eligible products begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on May 25, 2026, and ends at 12:00 a.m. CST on June 08, 2026.
  • "$1 = 1X Entries" for all eligible products begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on June 8, 2026, and continues until the end of the giveaway at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on June 14, 2026.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

  • To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten letter including the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Complete mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • On the same paper, write a handwritten piece of at least two complete sentencesdescribing how you discovered Primo’z Cuztomz and our giveaways, and any suggestions for improving our products or content. Entries must be legible and show genuine effort. Any foul or hateful comments will result in disqualification.
  • Mail your letter in a standard envelope to:

Each letter is considered twenty-five (25) entries into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) letter entry per person for the duration of any single Sweepstakes.Any additional entries received through this method will be voided for this specified giveaway.

  • Letters must be postmarked by the end date of the giveaway, and received before the official draw date (TBA), to be included in the final entrant list.
  • All entries will be manually reviewed to ensure they meet all requirements before being granted the free entries into the giveaway.
  • Failure to meet any of the required steps may lead to an invalid AMOE without notification.

WINNER SELECTION

A live drawing will be conducted after the end date (11:59:59 pm. June 14, 2026) to select one (1) Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held live and announced on our social media accounts for the exact date and time for that drawing. The winner will be selected using a public domain-hosted website to ensure transparency and fairness. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE

Grand Prize: “Current Giveaway”

OR

Cash Option: Alternatively, the winner may choose to receive a cash prize of $?$?$?$ in lieu of the Grand Prize. By selecting the cash option, the winner forfeits the right to claim the Grand Prize.

Disclaimer: Primoz Cuztomz shall not be liable for any taxes, fees, or expenses that may be incurred as a result of accepting either the Grand Prize or the Cash option. This includes, but is not limited to, taxes on the cash prize, taxes on title transfer, registration fees, insurance costs, and any other fees or costs imposed by federal, state, provincial, or local jurisdictions. The winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

PRIZE CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing date. The winner must confirm entry and proof of identity. If a potential winner fails to comply, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Primoz Cuztomz, which are final and binding. Entrants release and hold harmless Primoz Cuztomz and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize. Primoz Cuztomz reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Immediate family members and affiliated parties are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

PRIVACY

Entrant's personal information will be used in accordance with Primoz Cuztomz Privacy Policy

DISPUTES

Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas.
